W-GCTAUK and RANRA Practice Tests

The practice tests for both Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal UK & Rust Advanced Numerical Reasoning Appraisal are available to holders of the British Psychological Society's Level A Certificate in Occupational Testing.

Candidates who are about to take either test and require information on accessing practice tests should contact their test administrator or organisation to which they are applying. Visit either the W-GCTA  or RANRA product page  or the resources area for norms and other resources.

IRIS Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs) are Pearson Assessment's new online work simulations to assess candidates against a broad range of behaviours or skills required for effective performance in graduate, junior managerial, administrative, customer service and sales roles.

IRIS SJTs assess work-based behaviour and decision-making underpinned by skills, motivation, and abilities commonly required across numerous roles.
