As you may be aware, Pearson Education acquired Harcourt during 2007 and, since then, has been working to achieve a fully integrated business.

From 4th January 2010 our sales order processing systems and Distribution Centre will become fully integrated. Please ensure all orders are placed by 15th December 2009 as no orders can be processed during the transitional phase.

Your registration number will remain the same. However as part of this integration, it is necessary for us to set up a new account number which you will find on all future Pearson Assessment invoices.

All payments/remittance advices should continue to be addressed to Pearson, Assessment, Cash Management, Edinburgh Gate, Harlow, Essex CM20 2JE or email: cashrec@pearson.com. Authorised returns should be sent to our new distribution centre at Pearson Distribution, Central Park, Rugby, CV23 0WB. For authorisation, please contact our dedicated Customer Services team which remains the same. Please continue to contact them on the details below.

If you are unsure about any of this information, your correct account number, payment address and goods returned address will always be clearly printed on your invoice.
