Who can purchase Pearson's TalentLens Assessments?
You have to be registered to buy most Pearson Talent Assessment tests. If you wish to register, please use this online form.
How do I go about ordering Pearson's TalentLens Assessments?
Once you are registered (please quote your registration number on all correspondence), you can order Pearson Assessment products in any of the following ways:

Online: If you have an invoicing account, select the relevant product and follow the instructions from there. If you are unsure if you have an account please email info@talentlens.co.uk.
Offline: Download the order form and then fax, email or post it to us

Do I have to pay VAT?
You have to pay VAT in the UK unless you are VAT exempt. If this is the case you must supply us with your VAT exemption certificate, we will then refund the VAT.
How can I pay?
You can pay by cheque or by credit/charge card: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Switch or Delta. All payment must be received in sterling. Alternatively we can provide an offical quote (pre-payment invoice) for your goods. Customers with an invoicing account can order online.
How long until I get my order?
Please allow 4/5 working days for delivery subject to stock availability.
What delivery options can I choose from?
Test materials and related items are delivered via UK Parcel Post or Securicor. Urgent deliveries can usually be provided, but must be requested with, or preferably in advance of the order. Please note: urgent deliveries will incur an additional charge.
How are delivery and handling charges calculated?
Normal delivery in the UK costs £3.50 and usually takes 4/5 working days. Overseas orders will incur a shipment charge dependent on location of the customer - please call Customer Services on +44 (0)845 630 8888 for a quote or email info@talentlens.co.uk.
Can I return what I've bought?
Test Booklets, Record Forms and related materials may only be returned if they are damaged or sent to you in error. Delivery errors will only be accepted if unbroken, re-saleable packages are returned and must show complete name, address, invoice number and reason for return on all paperwork.
Please ensure you follow these procedures for prompt handling
- Check your order upon receipt. Do not open packages which you have not ordered - opened test packages cannot be accepted for credit.
- If you receive incorrect materials or quantities, or damaged or defective items, please contact us giving information about the error (including invoice number and date of order) at Pearson Assessment, Halley Court, Jordan Hill, Oxford, OX2 8EJ, call 0845 630 8888 or email info@talentlens.co.uk. We can then send the appropriate documentation for your return.
- All claims of manufacturing defects are waived unless made in writing and delivered to the Seller within 30 days of receipt by the purchaser. Claims for manufacturing defects will not be considered if materials have been used, unless in the Seller's sole opinion the defect could not be detected before use.
- At all times, the Pearson returns procedures must be adhered to.
