This course has been designed to provide training leading to the fulfilment for the British Psychological Society’s Certificate of Competence in the use of Ability tests. It replaces the old Level A qualification.
See available dates / book now >
This course is relevant to anyone wishing to use Ability/Aptitude tests for recruitment, selection or development purposes; tests in this area include verbal, numerical and inductive/abstract reasoning.
Attainment of this qualification allows you to purchase, administer and interpret ability tests from nearly ALL reputable test publishers (not just tests from Pearson TalentLens). Test User: Occupational Ability is a recognised qualification which many consultancies and organisations require their assessors and recruiters to hold.
Investing in the training of staff to attain this qualification can reduce the cost of hiring external consultants, assessors and recruiters who are often used to carry out test administration, scoring and interpretation.
