Angus is a Chartered Psychologist with over 20 years experience of working with psychometric and other forms of assessment in organisational, educational and research contexts, and is the author of numerous published tests and questionnaires. 

He is committed to promoting excellence and best practice in the use of psychometric assessments, formerly being Chair of the British Psychological Society’s (BPS) Committee on Test Standards and remains the Senior Verifier for the Society’s Occupational Testing qualifications.  An experienced project manager, consultant and trainer, Angus believes passionately in the ethical use of assessment to enhance individual and organisational effectiveness.

Morgan Ström is a psychologist with a special interest in statistics and programming. At Pearson TalentLens, he is developing and researching gold-standard psychometric tools for professional assessment, hiring decisions and employee development. Morgan loves to analyse, visualise and provide strategic insight from data.

Peter is the founder of Peter Honey Publications Ltd. As a chartered psychologist, he created the Honey & Mumford Learning Styles Questionnaire and has worked as a management consultant with many organisations including Ford, Astra Zeneca, Bank of England and American Express.
 
He is a Fellow of the RSA and, until recently, the CIPD and is a Patron of the Campaign for Learning and a Trustee of the Prisoners Education Trust.
 
Peter is a dedicated lifelong learner and, rather to his surprise, a popular conference speaker.  He is also a prolific author with a monthly column in TJ, a regular blogger for People Management and has written over 20 books.
 
All of Peter’s work has two enduring themes; learning and behaviour.

Wyn started out in scientific research (immunology and genetics) before moving into the world of HR Consultancy. He has worked at the test publisher OPP and was previously the Commercial Director at Pearson TalentLens. 

Wyn pre-dates a number of generations garnished with various letters but is glad he is too young for the generation that had ration books!

Alice is a Business Psychologist who has worked in the field of assessment for six years since completing her MSc in Occupational Psychology at the University of Sheffield.

Before joining TalentLens she worked for a government agency designing and delivering psychometric tests and assessment centre exercises for use in the selection and promotion of police officers nationally. She is currently working towards Occupational Psychology Chartership with the British Psychological Society.

Emma Donaldson-Feilder and Rachel Lewis are Occupational Psychologists (Chartered with the BPS and registered with the HCPC) with expertise in the field of workplace health, wellbeing and engagement, and leadership and management. They are both Directors of Affinity Health at Work, a specialist consultancy and research group.

Rachel is also an Associate Professor at Kingston Business School and Emma is also Director of Affinity Coaching and Supervision. They take an evidence-based approach to helping employers and managers improve employee health, wellbeing, engagement and performance through consultancy and research; and their research is designed to generate practical freely-available guidance and tools.
