The new range of Pearson TalentLens tools covers the entire field of evaluation (personality, skills, abilities, potential, motivations ) as well as the development of managerial skills (360°).

Personality questionnaires are enriched with many languages and intellectual aptitude tests change their form to be adaptive: they adapt to the level of the candidate to better detect all potential. In 10 minutes and 15 questions maximum, they give a score that takes into account both the number of correct answers and the level of difficulty reached. The result is a more motivating experience for candidates, that accurately assesses their true potential compared to fixed-form tests.

Plus, as they are designed on a bank of items, they guarantee that the questions asked will not be the same from one transfer to another. Adaptive tests replace fixed-form tests that have become obsolete.
