Common questions about webinars

 
How does the webinar work?
 
The audience views slides through their web browser and hears the speaker's commentary over the telephone or through their computer.
 
Will I be charged for my call?
 
There's no charge if you listen through your computer but, failing that, you will only be charged the same price as a local or national call (depending on your location) if you listen via your telephone.
 
If there isn't a phone number for your location, please either use the VOIP option (ie listen through your computer) or one of the other international numbers (charged at your call provider's international rate).
 
Can I listen to the presentation through my computer?
 
Yes, you can listen to the presentation through your computer. However, we advise that you check your computer sound before the session. We'd also recommend a headset or earphones if you are in a shared office.
 
Who can I contact if I have trouble accessing a webinar?

Is there a limit on the number of attendees?
 
Yes, there is a limit on the number of attendees for each webinar, and places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Most of our webinars are recorded and you will be sent the link to the recording if you registered for the webinar.
