You have to be registered to buy most Pearson Talent Assessment tests. If you wish to register, please use this online form.
Once you are registered (please quote your registration number on all correspondence), you can order Pearson Assessment products in any of the following ways:

You have to pay VAT in the UK unless you are VAT exempt. If this is the case you must supply us with your VAT exemption certificate, we will then refund the VAT.
You can pay by cheque or by credit/charge card: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Switch or Delta. All payment must be received in sterling. Alternatively we can provide an offical quote (pre-payment invoice) for your goods. Customers with an invoicing account can order online.
Please allow 4/5 working days for delivery subject to stock availability.
Test materials and related items are delivered via UK Parcel Post or Securicor. Urgent deliveries can usually be provided, but must be requested with, or preferably in advance of the order. Please note: urgent deliveries will incur an additional charge.
Normal delivery in the UK costs £4.50 and usually takes 4/5 working days. We aim to provide products that are free from defects in materials and production. The nature of use regarding our assessment products incurs wear-and-tear, and reasonable deterioration of items can be expected. If we receive notice of defects during a 365 day period after the date of purchase, Pearson Assessment will, at its discretion (and where items are available), either repair or replace products which prove to be defective. We would expect any such items to be returned to us for examination prior to a decision regarding replacement being made. Replacement products may be either new, like-new, or a functionally equivalent or upgraded product.
Please note that Pearson Assessment will not replace products where it is deemed defects have resulted from misuse or unauthorised modification.
New Test Booklets, Record Forms and related materials may only be returned if they are damaged or sent to you in error. In these cases only unbroken, resaleable packages are accepted and must show complete name, address, invoice number and reason for return on all paperwork.
