This course is relevant to anyone who is already familiar with using and interpreting Jungian Type personality instruments. GPTP is Pearson’s global Type instrument.
Attainment of this qualification allows you to purchase, administer and interpret the GPTP from TalentLens from Pearson.
Investing in the training of staff to attain this qualification can reduce the cost of external consultants, assessors and recruiters who are often hired for team building, coaching or development interventions. The GPTP and its reports are highly cost-effective compared with other instruments on the market.
Pre-course work involves completion of the GPTP questionnaire prior to attending and reading about the construct, validation and reliability of the instrument.
