This course is relevant to anyone wishing to use an instrument which measures both personality Traits and Values in one questionnaire. SOSIE is used in recruitment, coaching, career development and individual and team development contexts. SOSIE is Pearson’s global Trait and Values instrument.
Attainment of this qualification allows you to purchase, administer and interpret SOSIE and gives you a widely recognised professional qualification. Test User: Occupational Personality training covers the construct of personality instruments and once attained, further personality instruments from other test publishers can be added to the qualification (usually upon completion of the relevant conversion course).
Investing in the training of staff to attain this qualification can reduce the cost of external consultants, assessors and recruiters who are often hired to carry out test administration, scoring and interpretation.
Pre-course work involves completion of the SOSIE questionnaire prior to attending the course and some reading. Pre-course work should not take longer than two hours.
Delegates are expected to administer the SOSIE to two different people, provide feedback and submit two written reports.
